This was also a result of how much I love the Aristocrat wool soaker, but am too cheap to buy them. So, instead I choose to give myself carpal tunnel syndrome while I make a whole bunch of these...
for those of you new to cloth diapering, these go over the cloth diaper to keep clothes, furniture, etc. dry when babies wet the diaper
